Investigation of the book Fath Al Mobdi short explanation of the Al Zubaidi brief by Iman Abdullah bin Hajazi Al Sharqawi. The book is an explanation of the explicit abstraction of the saheeh hadeeth by Iman Ahmed Al Zubaidi in which he shortened "saheeh Al Bukhaari".
Iman Abdullah Al Shrqawi mostly gathered the explanation were written in the explanations books, explained Al Zubaidi brief, clarified the odd ones and their problems, separated in the doctrinal issues derived from the hadiths, mentioned the disagreement between the doctrinal doctrines in it, and devised the benefits from them.
My part consisted of eighty six hadiths and eleven books : quarrel book, foundlings book, grievances book, company book, foreclosure book, emancipation book, offices book and its virtues book, testimonies book, reconciliation book and conditions book.
The nature of the study necessitated to divide the research into an introduction, and two sections. Each section consisted of many chapters, researches, matters, conclusion and scientific indexes.
The introduction included the importance of the subject, the reasons for its selection, the research plan and methodology.
The first section included a brief study of the original book and its commentary and authors. It had two chapters. The first chapter concerned on Iman Zubaidi and his book "The explicit abstraction of the saheeh hadeeth". The second chapter concerned on Iman Al Sharqawi and his explanation of "Fath Al Mobdi, brief explanation" of Al Zubaidi.
The second section included the investigation text that includes the test investigation from the beginning of the second part of quarrel book till the end of conditions book, as required by the rules of scientific investigation applied in universities.
Finally, the most important conclusion and recommendation were drawn up, including :
_ Iman Al Sharqawi followed in his explanation the same way as the work of Iman Al Qestalani and followed him in many things.
_Although Iman Al Sharqawi had often transferred from previous works ,but he could success. He concerned on silting the complex words and their movements, explaining the odd ones, expressing some places and tribes and clarifying the differences in the doctrines of fiqh in some matters.
_I would advice to rely on the book of abstraction in the field of teaching and absorb it completely even if it is not fragmented on levels to get interested in studying the hadiths of prophet Mohammed (PBUH). |
