Abstract : The research aims at identifying the reality of the active incubators at King Abdul Aziz University and reaching the most significant challenges faced by female-graduates of the Faculty of Home Economics whether female teachers or postgraduate students in terms of renewable knowledge, training and determining the services which are provided by the educational knowledge incubator to develop the performance of the female graduates of the Faculty of Home Economics in terms of knowledge production, training, scientific research, investment, and partnerships. Incubator as a future service provider It also aims at proposing a conception of the forward-looking vision for the incubator of educational knowledge. The study sample consisted of(50) female postgraduate students, and (220) female kindergarten teachers and family education teachers for intermediate and secondary schools of public education in Jeddah. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method depending on two questionnaires, the first was for female postgraduate students, and the second was for the teachers. The study was carried out in(1437-1438H). The results of the study showed that the challenges faced by the female teachers in terms of renewed knowledge and training came at an average of (2.17), and by female postgraduate students came at an average of (2.38). The services which are expected to be provided by educational knowledge incubators came at an average of (4.33) from female teachers’ and (4.04) from female postgraduate students’ perspective. The researcher recommends that the Ministry of Education should endeavor to draw the attention of the officials at the universities to the importance of the presence of incubators in the universities need to develop the performance of female graduates of the Faculty of Home Economics. In addition, The universities developing future strategic plans for establishing educational and non-profit incubators in the educational faculties including the Faculty of Home Economics.
