Abstract : Urologic infections are known as the presence of urine microbes, which have the ability to attack the tissues of the urinary system, causing diseases of both sexes, especially women. The most important of these microbes is E. coli . Diagnosis is performed in the laboratory section using two methods, conventional method or manual, and automatic for urine samples being incubated in the microbiology and biomolecules section of the laboratory. The most important microorganisms that cause urinary tract infection have also been identified and the types of antibiotics used to eradicate them have been identified. The aim of this thesis or study is to use modern techniques to identify these pathogenic microbes in a short and short time to obtain appropriate treatment without waiting for the patient to sleep or admission for long periods in hospital departments. Recommendations The study recommends the need for extensive studies on the use of automated systems in medical laboratories to replace conventional methods of diagnosis of various diseases, including urinary tract infections.
