Abstract : There is no doubt that sinning is a human nature, yet on the other hand it is a must according to Islamic teachings to guide sinners and give them advice by calling them to repentance and reformation. Such precept is important because it is Allah’s right over his servants, and it is also considered a right among servants themselves. In dealing with sinners, people’s methods vary from cruelty to extreme leniency, and it is crucial to present the right method to be applied in this regard. And surely, none has the best knowledge on what is suitable for people except their Lord. For that reason, His revelation is considered the source from which we obtain the best methods in dealing with those who commit sins. The purpose of this study entitled “Quran’s Methods in Dealing with Sinners” is to present Quranic fundamentals in this regard which basically aims at serving the Holy Quran and contributing in reformation. Actually, what distinguishes this study , that it is a specialized explanatory one which follows two approaches to shed light on the most essential Quranic fundamentals in dealing with sinners:) inductive approach in collecting the studied texts) analytic approach in terms of explanation. This research paper is divided into three chapters along with the introduction. The introduction is dedicated to introducing the methods and the sinner. The first chapter reviews the main reasons leading to committing sins and it consists of five sections. As for the second chapter, it explains the most essential Quran’s methods in dealing with sinners which are plenty and various in Quranic texts. The third chapter points at the main Quranic fundamentals in dealing with sinners and it is divided into three sections. The study concludes that, methods of the Holy Quran in dealing with sinners range from preaching that softens hearts to fixing punishments for crossing Islamic boundaries which are valid for all times and places. Lastly, the research concludes with recommendations and various scientific indexes.
