This change has resulted in the first place for a deepened sense of the need for extensive outreach petition differentiated not only within a single community, but in the whole world. And so it was necessary to introduce amendments and huge improvements on the means and methods of communication the old, then the development and new tools and methods consistent with the new requirements and distant targets to be achieved.
