Abstract : Abstract. The objective of this study is to identify the causes and consequences Pressures of work in Saudi auditing environment, and their impact on performance or Their decisions to leave work; study and worked to achieve this through Formulate and test a set of hypotheses. And basing  the nature of the study was followed Platform theoretical extrapolation In order to reach a comprehensive theoretical framework for the study, through Review relevant literature. The study concluded there is a relationship between job stress and performance References, as well as between the pressures of work and auditors leakage of the profession. The results of the study also revealed that progress  references in age, experience, The career center socializing feeling less pressure work. And Conversely for younger auditors and experience Center  and functional ; Where work pressures affect their performance and to drop out of the profession. In The light of the results of the study researchers gave some recommendations that may contribute to the Improve the working environment of professional auditors and conduct further studies On the behavioral aspects of the audit profession.
