Abstract : Although the literature heavy in the miracle of economic in the Koran but most of them were in the Miracles of the economic legislation of the Koran, which showed the greatness of economic legislation such as the prohibition of usury, and imposition of zakat, the effect of restricting economic freedom for the conduct of legal regulations in achieving justice and resource development and exploitation, but the attempt only that have been found in the economic interpretation of the Koran Scientific was an attempt by Dr. Rafiq Masri in his book (the economic miracle of the Koran), referring to the economic miracle of the economy where scientific evidence has already tried the Qur'an to the concepts and economic theories prevailing in the literature of capitalism. The book is in 120 pages of medium size and consists of an introduction and eighteen chapters, published in 1426 in Damascus Dar pen. And characterize the book as smooth and easy and simple to explain economic concepts, the book aims to show the miracle of economic science of the Quran, and the interpretation of certain verses of the Koran interpretations can be applied to theories and concepts and economic terms, supports this interpretation with appropriate talk and jurisprudence, and defends his own way, that the interpretation of verses on the forms, can be added to the interpretation of scholars and specialists in different areas, and believes that this will lead to a better explanation, deeper and more accurate, because the modern sciences and knowledge have an impact on the interpretation, since the text is legitimate help to understand the reality or see or experience.
