Abstract : Explore this research the concept of legitimate politics when Imam Ibn Qim al, comparing with the concept when other scholars, as is the importance of this research in two things: the first command: the importance of the study of Islamic politics, and the second thing is that this study addressed to what he wrote and Strh Imam Ibn al-Qayyim ; which is characterized by Imam audit, investigation, and editing. These included an introduction to the study, and paving, and six Detectives, and a conclusion, and an index of sources and references. I talked in the boot of politics in the language, and politics in the book of the year, the first topic: the spoke when the importance of Islamic politics at the Ibn al-Qayyim, and in the second section: demonstrated types of policy in terms of justice and injustice, when the son values, as explained in the third topic: the meaning of Islamic politics and public sectors when the son of values. The topic fourth: he spoke the types of issues faced by Islamic politics at the Ibn al-Qayyim, the issues mentioned about them legitimate text, questions which are not about them legitimate text, and spoke in topic V: for legitimate politics when scholars of schools of Islamic jurisprudence, and the topic the sixth and last: the meeting of the comparison between the concept of legitimate politics when the son of values. And the concept when other scholars. Then ended conclusion of this research indicated the most important findings, and developed an index of sources and references, and inferred to search in Arabic and English.
