Abstract : The research had shown that the area suffers from several problems ,including the unbalance of sex and age structure , the low rate of population increase, the population's low economic activity, the high illiteracy percentage, the high rate of out-migration. -The research studied these problems and showed the amount of change on population 's characteristics and its trends and specified the most important factors of change. The study offers future projections to estimate the population's size and structure ,as well as the size of laborers. The study estimates the population's need for housing ,education, health services ,and work opportunities, to limit out-migration .
