Abstract : The study conducted in Riyadh City to assess the knowledge and practice of Saudi women in birth spacing. A structured questionnaire was used to collect the data. Descriptive and inferential statistics were conducted mannually. The finding showed the majority of women had poor knowledge in relation to different methods of contraceptives. Also they have little information about the importance of birth spacing for the child and the mother.
