Abstract
:
The balanced score card is a tool to expand the traditional areas of measurement and used by some organizations that seek to contribute to the reduction of the problem that appears when you use financial measures for control purposes. These cards is not only a measurement system, but also created control system where the interference of non-financial measures within the framework of strategic control and causal relations between them and is helped to clarify the channels of communication in the company and which does not restrict financial measures, but also includes non-financial metrics and that provide a complete picture of the company and then Vainha considered as a means to enhance communication in the absence of restriction of the basic financial standards and this is a very important aspect. Researcher of this study tries to choice four hypotheses are:
1. That there is a direct correlation between the focus of education and growth and increase production efficiency.
2. There is a direct correlation between the focus of internal processes and satisfaction Alamla.
3. There is a direct correlation between the focus of customer and financial performance of the company.
4. Jumd and a direct correlation between the center's financial performance, and between Snnaap resolution and through the application of the study on a sample of 30 senior managers of companies feeding.
This is the application and the company succeeded in many aspects, especially with regard to the financial hub, but she faced some obstacles, as reflected in the results of this study. But the success of the biggest obstacles that have emerged as the most difficult stage of the application of balanced score card and is the stage of the link between the four axes scales strategy, based on vision and message of the company (Zkr impacted by the results of this study).
