Abstract : This study aims to explore how job satisfaction will be influenced by the incentives, training, the nature of job, relationship with colleagues, and the immediate supervisor. Additionally how the job satisfaction will affect productivity, loyalty, absence, and turnover. The sample of the study consists of (210) employees working at the banks in Hebron. The researchers use a questionnaire consists of (60) items to determine the five factors: incentives, training, the nature of job, relationship with colleagues, and relationship with supervisor. And it includes (7) items to determine the importance of each factor. The results of the study were as follows: 1) Job satisfaction is strongly influenced by the following factors (accordingly): Incentives, immediate supervisor, the nature of job, training, work colleagues. 2) There is a significant differences for the effect of each of the following factors:(incentives, immediate supervisor, loyalty, the nature of job, training, work colleagues, work environment) on job satisfaction. 3) There is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and both productivity and loyalty, while there is a negative relationship between job satisfaction and both absence and turnover.
