Abstract : Productive workers constitute a target of many public health programmes, since they participate in the production of the country's gross national product. Hence, their health and welfare should be provisionally considered. Tills should be based upon data from regular surveillance of these different groups , subjected to various kinds of occupational environments and hazards. This work aimed to study the oral health conditions and occupational hazards of El-Amria cement company's exposed workers and controls. This study was conducted on a total sample of 111 workers and controls, randomly selected from the different work and administrative departments of El-Amria cement company, and subjected in various amounts to cement and stone dust. The study showed that periodontalcondition, occlusal tooth wear, and labial abrasion differed significantly between workers, and controls ( Odd's ratio analysis which determines risk among exposed groups) and that occlusal tooth wear and labial abrasion may be considered as occupational diseases
